And while the BA Instagram feed might be filled with creamy pasta finding its best light, the truth is that in these socially distant times, we, like you, are home alone and secret single cooking like never before. And believe us when we tell you: It's not always pretty.
"Weird" and "cheese" were two themes that came up over and over when we asked our co-workers what they make when they have a solo night—or a solo life—with no one to impress but themselves. One day, we'll get back to those elaborate dinner parties. But for now, we're leaning all the way in to secret single cooking—one random-leftovers-quesadilla at a time.
