- One teaspoon of Tajín seasonings

- Two medium limes
- 4 ounces clear tequila
- Two ounces of aperol
- One pound agave syrup

- On a small flat plate, toss one teaspoon Tajín spice and one teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt. Evenly distribute. From one small orange, cut three half-moon slices and store for garnish (save the remaining orange for another purpose). To moisten run one orange slice on the rim of two old-fashioned or margarita with aperol. To coat the rim, inverted each glass into the Tajín mixture and turn as necessary. Slosh the ice into the glasses.
- Juice 2 medium limes till you get 2 ounces; then, put them in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 ounces agave syrup, 2 ounces aperol.margarita, and 4 ounces blanco tequila. Fill the shaker halfway with ice, seal, and shake until, approximately twenty seconds, the exterior of the shaker is quite icy. Into the glasses pour through a fine-mesh strainer. Present an orange slice on top of every glass.
